Terms of Sovereign Use

Effective: 10 September 2026

By accessing LUXERNN Media Atelier ("LUXERNN", "the Atelier"), you agree to these Terms of Sovereign Use.

1. Membership & Passkeys

Membership is governed by a sovereign passkey issued at enrollment. The passkey is your sole credential. LUXERNN cannot recover a lost passkey. You are responsible for safeguarding it.

2. Tiered Access

Content is organised across three tiers — Free, Maison, and Syndicate. Access to gated dispatches and special editions is determined by your tier. Tier elevation is granted at LUXERNN's discretion.

3. Permitted Use

You may read, reference, and privately archive LUXERNN content for personal, non-commercial use. Public reproduction, redistribution, or commercial deployment requires written authorisation.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not clone, scrape, train automated models on, or rebrand LUXERNN content. See our IP & Anti-Cloning policy for the full enforcement protocol.

5. Privacy

LUXERNN operates a privacy-first architecture. We do not employ third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or external authentication providers. See the Privacy Doctrine.

6. Limitation of Liability

LUXERNN content is editorial in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, or medical advice. You act on it at your own discretion.

7. Governing Principle

These terms are interpreted in alignment with the Sovereign Manifesto: privacy first, autonomous territory, legacy continuity.
