LUXERNN asserts sovereign intellectual property rights over all editorial works published in the Atelier.

1. **Sovereign IP Registry** — every work is timestamped to an immutable provenance ledger at publication.

2. **Anti-Cloning Watermark** — a cryptographic content fingerprint is embedded in the rendering layer.

3. **Provenance Attribution Lock** — editor bylines and studio attributions are bound to their originating passkey.

4. **Derivative Work Shield** — unauthorised paraphrasing and derivative works are contractually prohibited.

5. **AI-Training Prohibition** — LUXERNN content is excluded from LLM training corpora via machine-readable opt-out.

6. **Jurisdictional IP Assertion** — moral and economic rights are asserted across all signatory jurisdictions.

7. **Takedown & Enforcement Protocol** — automated takedown notices are issued within 24 hours of detected infringement.

LUXERNN pursues takedown, de-indexing, and where available, statutory damages against infringing parties.
