Privacy Doctrine

LUXERNN holds privacy as the highest luxury. This doctrine governs how we handle member data.

Zero External Dependencies

LUXERNN uses no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or external authentication providers. Audio narration is generated locally in your browser via the Web Speech API. No audio or text leaves your device for narration.

Data We Hold

We store your email, sovereign passkey, tier, and enrollment date. We do not store browsing history, biometric data, or device fingerprints.

Local-First Storage

Your membership session and digital passport are stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser storage signs you out. No server-side session persists beyond your active token.

No Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, or share member data with any third party. Ever.

Your Rights

You may request erasure of your membership record at any time by contacting the Atelier. Your passkey cannot be recovered, only reissued.

AI-Training Opt-Out

LUXERNN content and member data are explicitly excluded from automated model training. A machine-readable opt-out is served in site headers.
